Hello all thank you Jerry for your service,

I will be discussing my thoughts on the current motion shortly...
Please be respectful of our personal right and responsibility to
participate in the ASP business meetings.   As such, allowing members the
time to state their valued thoughts before suggesting a poll for voting, is
honoring that principle. I encourage everyone in our business meeting to
let your thoughts be known to all of us as it benefits the entire ASP
membership and its future.

In summary:
No we cannot just go to a vote.
