[Businessmtg] Lag between sending emails and posting

   Biz-Pals,

   I've just noticed that there is (at least on my end) a serious
   difference in times recorded for my sent posts and times they posted
   when they show up on the Business Meeting page.

   I sent request to set up poll at xx

   I sent poll notification at      1:19 EDT

   I sent statement of motion at    1:23 EDT

   I received Kristen's email at    xx

   I received poll notification at  1:56 EDT

   I received motion statement at   1:58 EDT

   Using the received times could give the impression that I purposefully
   ignored emails when I sent the poll notification . Not the case.
   Thought you'd want to know.
