hi bm ASPers....while i agree that we need to fill this position, i have been thinking about this.  earlier i said i agree with jerry, but in retrospect i think its important for us to let this process work as it now.  we finally have a discussion going about this position.  it would be wrong to stop the process now.  my question on this is simple....."If this gets put through due process (per asp policy), it would mean that it will get shifted to the next bm.  What happens in the meantime? "   thanks for reading and letting me share.
