I don't know  if this went through the server or not so I am re-sending
it.  The only way I have of knowing if my emails go through the ASP server
is to BCC myself but that is now that seems to not be an option.  This
makes communication very difficult on this ASP site.  Anyway, I previously
posted the following:

First of all, thank you for this discussion and, especially, to Anne for
volunteering to fill an apparently needed position.

One of the first things I learned to appreciate about Al-Anon policies and
principles is that these are suggestions, not rules.  Al-Anon does not have
'rules'.

Flexibility in business as in personal recovery is healthy and necessary
for progress.
