[Businessmtg] Reminder on Posting To The Business Meeting

Hello Business Meeting Members,
As a reminder:
Do not send Business Meeting shares to multiple recipients (reply all).
The server will automatically reject any message that is sent to any 
address besides
ASP Business <businessmtg at asp-afg.org>

In addition to being rejected, this
creates a mess on the server that needs to be cleaned up by the 
Administrator’s.

To ensure that your share will be available for reading by the Business 
Meeting members:
Create a contact/listing in your email address book for “Business 
Meeting” and send all shares only to the Business Meeting.
