Hello!

I think that we should not offer physical newcomer packets. 

For me, the logistics is a huge deterrent. We are an international group. Would the packets be then sent internationally if requested? If so, how do we ensure and prove we do not keep any personally identifiable information and comply to Europe’s recent privacy law changes (GDPR)?  I think that in trying to be helpful, we may be opening up a set of consequences we are not prepared for. And that’s aside from the financial issues of providing the packets. 

I think that as an on-line group, we can provide an on-line solution - but that’s a different topic :)
