Dear Business Meeting members, 

Twenty (20) BM members responding with a desire to end the Beginner
Packet program out of a total BM membership of twenty-nine (29), and
with no member speaking for its continuance, we have reached a clear
consensus. 

Before the Chair calls for a motion from the floor reflecting that
consensus, are there any who would speak in favor of continuing the
Beginner Packet program as currently defined?
