BM Members:

"I move we rescind Motion #7 as written."

~ Motion by Anne O., seconded by Diane M.

The motion and second having been received by the chair, the Business
Meeting will now revert to ASP's parliamentary procedures.

~ ASP's Webmaster will create a poll for BM voting on the motion.

~ With 29 BM members in attendance, a 2/3 majority of 20 votes in favor
of the above motion is required to end the Beginner/Newcomer Packet
program.

~ From the hour of the posting of the poll a 7-day voting period begins
after which the results will be announced.

Further discussion is out of order. Note, please, that it is ASP's
normal practice to put the Business Meeting on administrative hold for
the duration of the polling period.
