Welcome fellow ASP members to ASP's November Business Meeting. My name
is Jerry and I'll be your Chairperson this month.

   a. Discussion of Newcomer Committee 

   b. Discussion of the Passed Motion regarding Newcomer Packets  

5) New Business 

   a) Discussion of ASP's Practice of Archiving Personal Shares 

   b) Posting Al-Anon's Warranties on the ASP Website

As we've done before, it seems practical to begin with the open call for
candidates for ASP's open Secretary position(1). The call to service
will remain open for seven days allowing time for members to give this
service opportunity some thought and submit resumes. A separate notice
calling for resumes will be posted to the meeting very shortly. Then, as
we await responses to this call for resumes we will move on to a List
Administrator Announcement(2) and the Trusted Servant Reports(3). 

Following the Trusted Servant's Reports we will move to Old Business in
the above order, one topic at a time. It's hard to predict how long each
item might take, and we will progress through both New and then Old
Business as input determines and do as much as we can before the
Business Meeting concludes at the end of the month.
