Hi Anne,
I started from link within Jerry’s email.  The message said something like
being embarrassed.  From that message I entered service structure in search
and got Join ASP 4  and 5.  When I clicked in the link at the bottom of
your message the link worked to a page with table of contents.  There I
found service structure.
It worked also from bottom of Jerry’s message the same way.
