Sorry, where I said 

"If those pages are defined as Documents from past GCs then Business Meeting Description, Twelve Traditions, Twelve Concepts, and Sponsorship should be moved up to the first "Document Section" and the sub item "Document Section" should be removed along with any other repeating items. "

I actually see 12 Traditions and 12 Concepts above the "Document Section" bullet as their own bullets so the only items not repeated directly above are Sponsorship and Business Meeting Description.
