Kim, the Founding Statement and Policy page stipulates the minimum majority requirements for different types of changes to ASP.
Changes to the Founding Statement and Policy page require a 75% affirmative vote of the entire membership of ASP. What may appear to be housekeeping changes are changes none the less, and require the same majority as any other change to them.
Hugs,
Steve

Subject: [Businessmtg] [business] website typos
Comment: I’m confused by typo found in founding policy vs typo’s elsewhere.
Clarification Question:
1. What makes the founding policy typo no longer a housekeeping issue?
2. Approval of the website as is will not make changing typos or cleaning
up pages a future issue?
