I have found the web to be very user friendly. It is very well set out with the drop down tags. It is unfortunate that some typo errors happen, but to change the wording and have over a 1400 opinions would be nearly impossible. 
To have a copy of my mailer is my responsibility, and can be done through the system I use. 
I am in  support of the web site and thank those who have and had the expertise to set this up.
