[Businessmtg] Newcomer Meeting

I say dissolve the newcomer meeting for now and concentrate on filling
empty service positions.  What is/was on the table from the first
Newcomer's Meeting committee is too old to go through for a new committee
made up from this BM and is mixed with all the dissension from then.

There is a sufficient amount of CAL available for newcomers as well as
recommendations of f2f meetings, other OL meetings, sponsors, shares for
now.  If and when a Newcomer's Meeting is started, the Al-Anon Guidelines
for Beginner's Meetings should be observed, i.e. separate meeting.
