Good afternoon fellow members.
I am technically challenged, so I really do not know if this is possible. When  people request to join the group is there a spot on the questionnaire to establish the length of time one has been in Al-Anon ? If so then can they be directed to a chat room for the sole  purpose of learning about our program. I realize it would take another service position, but sometimes it is worth the effort. A lot of F2F do not have newcomer meetings, and those that also seem to struggle. So far when I read the shares there is a lot of encouragement to attend F2F meetings, 
F2F meetings are also challenged in getting service positions filled, mainly from fear and of commitment, maybe a group  meeting topic could be on the benefits one receives when doing service work, so far all meetings are on step , open topic tradition,slogan. 
Being in service work gives a different perspective on ones recovery and on the program as a whole.
They are both important subjects to regard lightly,
