Hi Anne,
You mentioned a new process for greeting newcomers that started in May
2018.  Was this a group conscience that changed the process?  I'm looking
back at the previous Business Meetings and do not see any discussion of a
new process for newcomers.  How was this autonomous decision made to create
a new process for greeters to welcome newcomers?
