Hi All,
I am a newcomer still. I learned from the recovery meeting shares from Jerry, Kim C. and another member how to work the program horizontally. As I look at this situation through Step 4, Tradition 4 and then especially Concept 4, I see (as I learned in GB’s previous Concept 4 Meeting) how ‘Even those who are leaders on certain tasks have a responsibility to practice Concept 4. In other words, when Concept 4 is not in place, task leaders simply use Concept 3 as a weapon with which to subdue group members for not trusting them to just do their jobs without any questions, expressions of concerns, or possible alternatives. Know that the advocacy may not effect any change, and Accept that.’
Therefore, since Kristen is the Secretary we the Business Meeting voted in, then doesn’t she need to be immediately reinstated if she’s willing or do we need to let the WSO know about the proof of forgery in her name and improper removal?

Just in case:
Step Four: Made a searching and fearless moral inventory of ourselves.
Tradition Four: Each group should be autonomous, except in matters affecting another group or Al-Anon or AA as a whole.
Concept Four: Participation is the key to harmony.
