A reminder that ASP uses its form of Knowledge-Based Decision Making. We
are now in the information/discussion phase of the Newcomers' Committee
topic. Any motions related to the Newcomers' Committee would be formed
from areas of agreement within the BM and are, as yet, premature. 

There is only one topic on the table. 

It should go without saying that any motion on any other topic is
clearly out of order.
