January 2019 BM Agenda: 

 Welcome and Opening 

 1) CALL TO SERVICE: Vacant Secretary Position 

 2) Trusted Servant Reports 

 3) Old Business 

    a. ASP's Practice of Archiving Personal Shares 

    b. Newcomer Packets 

4) New Business - There have been no New Business suggestions 

 As we've done before, it seems practical to begin with the open call
for candidates for ASP's open Secretary position(1). The call to service
will remain open for at least seven days allowing time for members to
give this important service opportunity their consideration. A separate
notice calling for resumes will be posted to the meeting very shortly.
Then, as we await responses to this call for resumes we will move on to
other business. 

 Following the Trusted Servant's Reports (2) we will move to Old
Business (3) in the above order, one topic at a time. It's hard to
predict how long each item might take, and we will progress as input
determines doing as much as we can before the Business Meeting concludes
at the end of the month.
