Hi All,
I did have a new business suggestion/question.
 If it is possible under “new business”,  I would like to ask that we
discuss emails getting buried because members reply to the lead.  It
happened again today. I only found it because member shared the chair's
name in their shares and I was able to search for his name and it popped up
under the newcomer's reply.

 I know it might be a little less welcoming but could the first line of the
meeting be “remember to start a new email to the group - do not reply all
to this share?”

 and then launch into "my name is blank and I am honored to be the leader
of today’s meeting at Cetera."
