[Businessmtg] Steering Committee Report - Jan., 2019

The Steering Committee has been quite quiet for the past few weeks. Each
member has been engaged in their lives while fulfilling their duties
keeping ASP up and running. Discussions of the current Business Meeting
agenda items in that forum will hopefully lead to resolutions allowing
the SC to turn its attentions to other member concerns and suggestions.
