I can help answer this.

Just as face-to-face meetings do not keep track of statistics of members 
who do not return to their meetings, ASP does not track statistics of 
members who choose to leave ours. We do provide folks who leave with a 
place to comment on why they are leaving if they choose - the LA fields 
those notes. Most members leave without leaving a comment; those few who 
do usually (almost universally) state that the volume of emails is too 
much for them.

A few Business Meetings ago someone asked if our membership totals 
reflected those leaving (or some such question.) ASP's membership total 
(currently 2,210) is expressed as a "net" number - the result of adding 
new members and subtracting those who have unsubscribed.
