[Businessmtg] Consensus Reached on Archiving Discussion Topic

Biz-Pals, 

After the two weeks allotted for the Business Meeting's discussion and
statements of positions we have reached a consensus. Note, please, that
in ASP the Substantial Unanimity requirement for declaring a consensus
on this matter is 2/3rds of the Business Meeting attendees. 

With 22 members in attendance in the January Business Meeting we now
have: 

~ 15 members agreeing that ASP should purge past archived personal
shares and discontinue all future archiving of personal shares, 

~ 1 member seeing no reason to act, and 

~ 6 members not contributing to the discussion or expressing a position.


15/22 being greater than 2/3, a consensus has been formed.

The floor is now open for a motion which must contain all the elements
of the consensus: 

~ All past personal recovery shares archived by ASP are to be purged,
and 

~ There will be no future archiving of personal recovery shares by ASP.
