We have a second by Linda Lee H. for Kim C.'s motion:

“I make a motion that ASP is to discontinue archiving personal recovery shares as of February 1, 2019.”

Because we have had significant discussions of this motion I call for a foreshortened discussion period beginning now and ending midnight Thursday, January 24th.


We would then have time to have a full 7-day polling period before the end of this month. [If discussions result in further motion language considerations in order to assure unanimity it is possible to extend the polling period a few days into February.]
