It still seems interesting that none of the archived shares would be
purged.  And that the business shares will still be archived.  The only
effect will be not saving the current shares.  Which if anyone wanted to
recover, would be recoverable anyway as Ann K explained.

I understand the anonymity concept.  But email is email.  Different than a
face to face.  I don’t oppose what we are doing, but not sure if I see a
reason to do it.

Hypothetically, what if there is someone who doesn’t want their email out
there, here in the business meeting?  And what if archiving email in the
business meeting is a reason someone may not want to participate in the
BM?  Oh well, too bad to sad for them???? Just saying.
