[Businessmtg] Chair Accepts a Motion Amendment - Date. Second?

Biz-Pals, 

The Chair accepts the need to remove or change the date within Kim's
motion currently on the table (my bad since I suggested it.) Sarah, I
made a slight edit to your second amendment suggestion to keep it more
like the original motion. The motion will now read: 

"ASP is to discontinue archiving personal recovery shares."

ASP's guidelines permit acceptance of amendments by either the person
who made the motion or the Business Meeting Chair. The guidelines do not
mention a requirement for a second, though it would probably be good if
someone did - Linda Lee, you up for this?

Does the motion need to be corrected/retracted by Kim C and a new Motion
made and seconded?

The New Motion Could Read-

"ASP is discontinuing the archiving of personal recovery shares as of
February 3, 2019."

"ASP is discontinuing the archiving of personal recovery shares."
