Hi everyone, 

I think the greeter position service requirement should be lowered to 6 months. 

I have been in al-anon and asp for one year and as a relative newcomer beginning service as a greeter seems less intimidating than a service chair and so 6 months for both seems reasonable.  

Also taking al-anon years into account for service positions also seems reasonable and making use of experience.
