[Businessmtg] Lowering requirements for Greeter

IMHO Al-Anon is not frozen in time. My goodness look at all the emerging
electronic meetings being registered.

One reason why those who meet requirements are not stepping forward is
perhaps, like me, hold commitments in their Area.

Here at ASP I am able to participate in daily and business meetings.  I
sponsor and take care of myself by making phone calls, texts and emails
just like with my F2F members.

I am, at this time, unable to serve beyond the group level, due to
suggested guidelines for the service position  I currently hold.

I am willing to chair a meeting as a substitute.
