Good morning. 

In response to the question about the current communication.  I do find it to be slightly overwhelming to receive all the emails. I cannot possibly read them all each day and then I have to pick and choose. The anxiety can become intense. That said, it is something I am working on as well. “I am good enough.”  I know it is not possible to read every single entry, every single day. Because I am still fairly new in my recovery, 6 months, it is on my list of character defects. 

The question I would pose, is how many other newbies feel overwhelmed by all of the dialogue?  In a F2F, the timed meetings provides a discipline. Unfortunately, I do not have a solution and I love being able to read when I am in need or have the extra time to do so. 

I had mentioned in a previous communication, I am fearful holding a service position because I don’t want to let anyone down; what if I miss a communication?
