[Businessmtg] Alternate Office Bearers

Hello friends,


I would like to ask one query on Mary's question here about acting
Secretary or treasure..

Can  there be any provision of  alternate office bearers, so when Secretary
or Treasure gets pressurised, an alternate can be available or if they are
not in a position to continue?. Like in f2f meetings there are  alternate
office bearers.. I was an alternate Secretary of IG in our f2f meetings
and we both would  work simultaneously..and when Secretary's term was over
I took the responsibility and then there was another alternate Sec with  me
and when I had to withdraw within 2 yrs due to health issue, my alternate
took over.
