My question are

1. have you ever had a member disagree with how you’ve conducted your
service in any elected position you have had before and how have you used
your program to address these issues?

2. Since ASP is an email based platform. There is no tone to email. There’s
high risk for misunderstandings. How have you used your program to Handle
misunderstandings when we can’t see your face or hear your voice?
