While the suggestions currently offered up do deal with distribution of workload, they do not address the lack of volunteers and that there are 4 people on the Steering Committee doing the work of 7. 

I agree with Anne O that we focus on considering how to attract participants to the business meeting which hopefully will lead to volunteers for these service positions.
