Hi ASP BM members.  I don’t see any additional comments related to the
Trusted Servants reports.

But before we move on to our agenda, I would like us to be mindful and
aware of some things.

We will only be discussing one agenda item at a time.

Our objective, for the agenda, is focused on discussion of said agenda
item.

Our discussions on the agenda topics also need to
include Al-Anon principles.  Saying I agree with such and such is not
discussion.  Also using ‘it’ in a sentence does not help us to understand.
  Please define the ‘its’.

At this time in our discussions, we will not be looking for anything
regarding or related to voting, for or against.

Also.  As we open each agenda item, we will ask the topic owner
to please make an introduction and explain a few statements to the BM
members why they think this is an important topic to discuss.
