[Businessmtg] Webpage for agenda items

I like the idea of a webpage for agenda items. I think that it will improve transparency. I also think that it might get more members coming to business meetings when we promote the opportunity to provide input and a forum for discussion 

I think we do need to be careful to craft it in such a way that the new webpage doesn’t create a lot of new work for members of the steering committee.
