I have been reluctant to weigh in on this topic because I still consider myself an ASP newcomer but finally reminded myself that we all have a voice and the group can take what they like and leave the rest of my comments.

Although I don't believe that it is intentional, there  seems to me to be a lack of transparency and a failure to draw the general membership into meetings.   This is difficult in f2f meetings, too,  and the problem is compounded by the online format.  Therefore we need to need to use online tools to try to move things in the right direction.

If we apply the Steps, Traditions, Concepts and slogans along with sound electronic solutions to the process, it seems that listing the business meeting agenda and including an invitation to attend on the webpage is a good first step in addressing this issue.
