Emailing that I’m in favor of a webpage to help honor tradition 1 - unity
and common good. I had a question about anonymity which was clarified and
addressed.

I like Utilizing ASP online tools to increase participation for the
business meeting. The daily chairs meeting email could be a resource. Under
Concept 3 the right of decision as a trusted servant how does this come
into play for the Daily Meeting Chairs? Do they have the option to include
a shout out that the secretary is taking requests to be added? How much
flexibility do the Daily Chairs have. I know based on group conscience the
format can’t be changed, but making an announcement about the business
meeting in the Daily Chair Email in my opinion isn’t changing the format
it’s informing the fellowship what’s going with ASP.

When more people make announcements for it increases the exposure,
awareness, and importance to participate in the business meeting. And with
30 daily emails coming into my box, the original message could be lost.
