[Businessmtg] Posting to the Business Meeting

Hi ASPers,

 

Please do not try to send a message/share to the Business Meeting addressed
to more than one email address.

 

This usually happens when a member uses the "Reply to All" function of their
email, which addresses the email to the original person they are replying to
AND the server. That's 2 email addresses and the server will bounce it every
time. 

 

If you would like to use the Reply to All to include the text of what
someone said in the Business Meeting, that is OK because we allow cross talk
(dialogue) in the Business Meeting. 

 

HOWEVER, you MUST manually fix the addresses so that it is addressed to the
server and the server only.
