Thank you Steve and Anne.

Since many hands make less work, I think that Anne's suggestion of a shared
inbox for the Steering Committee would take some of the weight off the LA.

As one of the new Greeters, the way we have been set up with specific days
and also (thankfully) with basic templates for replies.  Maybe something
similar?

And Linda said, as a Greeter, we also get questions on how to navigate ASP
even though it is in the email we just sent, remembering that many of the
newcomers to ASP are Newcomers to Al-anon as well as an online meeting and
some are not very computer literate.
