Hi ASPers,

 

The discussion on Changing the Role of the Founder & List Administrator is
tabled.  It will be available for further discussion in the future.

 

The next item on the Agenda is:

 

"Address the participation requirements for topic chairs" 

 

This topic was requested by Jerry., so I'm going to turn this discussion
over to Jerry and ask him to explain what he means and what he may be
suggesting.

 

As with the last week, I'm not relinquishing the Chair, but I am asking
Jerry to lead this discussion since it is his topic.  

 

Please remember that ALL motions are out of order until/unless the Chair
