[Businessmtg] Meeting chair

I agree that 6 months should be the minimum. That being said, I wanted to be a meeting leader instead of a greeter initially. After 6 months of being a member of ASP, I volunteered for a meeting leader position for someone then to tell me that I didn’t have enough experience. It was very confusing. It turns out leadership supposedly has an envisioned pipeline of 1 year, then could be considered for greeting, then 6 months after greeting term ends, then could be considered for meeting chair. 

But all of this is just my perception. And as you all can tell by now I’m sure, I don’t mind rocking the boat a bit. Especially if it makes this group better.
