[Businessmtg] Chairing a meeting on service

Hi all
I'm currently the Friday chair and I'm already planning to chair a meeting
on service a day or so before the business meeting is announced. If Beverly
will be so kind. And I think the timing is important (with the volume of
ASP mail) most members will delete the message the day they receive it to
keep their inboxes clean.

I also plan to let the members know that there is a service problem.
