Can you give a brief job description of List Admin and Secretary.  (What the job entails here at ASP). 

 

I know a Secretary keeps notes of meeting ... but where are the minutes listed...

ASP Secretary



Both are positions on the Steering Committee with minimum service
requirements:

*       Minimum of 1 year participation in ASP.
*       Minimum of 1 year prior service in ASP (Greeter, Daily Chair, or
prior service in a different position on the Steering Committee)
*       Members of Alcoholics Anonymous are not allowed to serve on the ASP
Steering Committee.
