[Businessmtg] Posting in the Business Meeting

Hi ASPers,

 

Since we have a number of new folks in this month's Business Meeting, I'll
explain how to post your share in the Business Meeting.  

 

Remember, cross talk is OK in the Business Meeting.  

 

1.	If you want to share something in the Business Meeting AND include
what another member posted for context, that's OK. 

The correct technique is to Forward their message to the Business Meeting
and type in your comments at the top before sending.

 

2.	If you want to share something in the Business Meeting WITHOUT
including another's message, then simply create a brand new email and send
it to the Business Meeting.

 

What if you don't?

If you reply to another member in the Business Meeting, your note goes to
them exclusively.

If you Reply to All, your note goes to them and the server; however the
server rejects it because it was addressed to more than just the Business
Meeting so the Business Meeting never gets it.

 

Remember. . .  Reply to All NEVER works at ASP.  Never.
