[Businessmtg] Next Agenda Item - Redefining the List Administrator & Founder Roles

Hi ASPers,

 

The Steering Committee staff reports portion of the Business Meeting is
closed.  

 

The next item on the Agenda is:

 

"Redefining the role and duties of the List Administrator and Founder"

 

This topic was requested by Anne O., so I'm going to turn this discussion
over to Anne and ask her to explain what she means and what she may be
suggesting.

 

Just like in our last Business Meeting, I am not totally relinquishing the
Chair, but I am asking Anne to lead this discussion since it is her topic.
However, since I will be in a rather intense training class the rest of the
week through Sunday evening, I am asking Anne to take the lead more than she
normally would.  I will take a peek on the discussion each evening, but my
participation will be limited.
