Biz-Pals,

It's been quite a while since our treasury has approached our Prudent Reserve (PR) level of one year's expenses. Very happy to see this. For those who may not know it, ASP donates any excess funds over its PR to Al-Anon's World Service Office (WSO) at the end of each quarter - March, June, September, and December.

So if donations are sufficient between now and the end of the month Mary will be able to cut a check to the WSO on the 30th; it's been a long time coming. Oct.1st will be the first day of the new quarter; hopefully we'll be cutting a check again at the end of December and on into the years ahead.
