Wow.  I'm so grateful for Steve's service to our group.  Thanks for the
description of the List Administrator's day-to-day work.  I knew it was a
big job before but now.... I'm just so grateful that you do it for us.
Even before COVID-19 I was driving less and less and losing touch with
my F2F groups.  I don't know what I would have done if this group wasn't
available.

I do support spreading out the LA job.  Maybe it could look like the work
of Greeter and Daily Chair, with an experienced, trusted servant organizing
the work of others.

I'm not so sure about having the Founder be a permanent chair of the
Steering Committee.  Our traditions and concepts stress the rotation of
leadership.  If we want to be self-supporting, I think we need to have a
way to share experience and knowledge with new leaders.

That's my thoughts.
