[Businessmtg] Daily Chairs requirement

Thank you Jerry for your service and the topic. It described exactly what
happened to me the first time I volunteered to chair.

When all the chairs weren't filled by his first request, Jerry sent out a
second request and I responded that I was a long time Al-anon member (who
felt capable of chairing) but had less than six months at ASP. So the
vacant chair was given to Jheri and we had Gratitude Friday for six months,
which was very popular and I thought really good.

Then six months later, I was given the opportunity to chair and I did.

In the future, I prefer to give the newer people who haven't chaired yet,
the opportunity. But I would respond to a second call for service. Maybe as
sort of a reserve. I believe that ASP, as well as F2F Al-anon is in my
Higher Power's hands.
