Good morning,

   I agree with Susie's suggestion keeping the 6 mo. requirement and also
giving the secretary the authority to say yes to someone who doesn't meet
the requirements in the event we do not get enough volunteers.
   I too think asking the secretary to post at least 3 announcements of the
openings before making that exception is a reasonable request.
   I agree with Steve that it should not be necessary to micromanage the
Secretary and require  specific dates for such postings.
