I would just like to add to the discussion and say I agree with Jerry's
suggestion that we make a decision on the GR position before we decide
whether to eliminate the webmaster position, so that we don't end up with
losing another seat on the SC.

I also think that it makes sense for recording secretary to be another
service position that can lead to qualifying for service on the SC, so it
would be good to select the recording secretary in a similar way to how we
select our meeting chairpersons and greeters.
