Below is the Treasurer's Report of donations and expenses for 2020 from
January 1 - December 31, 2020.

Income & Expenses

Total Donations 2020:       $ 2,402.21

Total Expenses 2020:        $1,335.09

  ASP Domain Name

  US Post Office Box
  PayPal Transaction Fees

A copy of the 2020 donations/expenses/reserves spreadsheet has been or will
be soon uploaded to the website. Please note that donations are listed by
the PayPal number, or check number, or noted as a cash donation in order to
preserve member anonymity.

Treasurer's Report January 1 - February 28, 2021

ASP has 2 bank accounts. The total across both accounts was 1481.07 at the
end of February.



January/February Contributions Totaled: $422.00

Expenses were:

ASP server $198

ASP domain name $45.00

PayPal transaction fees: $6.31

Total $249.31



At the end of last year, we reached our prudent reserve goal. ASP policy is
to send funds above our prudent reserve to the Al-Anon World Service
Organization (WSO). A check for $352 will be sent to the WSO.
